Spinach
1 Egg,
boiled, cut in half

Salami Slices

Olives
1 tbsp.
Mayonnaise
2 oz.
Cucumber, cut into circles
2 tsp.
Olive oil
Salt to
taste
Procedure:
1. On a
plate place the spinach and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt to taste.
2. Now
layer the cucumber circles and Salami slices.
3. Add
1 egg and olives.
4.
Serve with 1 tbsp. mayonnaise.
